The restaurant area is very cosy, with almost individual rooms, and just pleasant for enjoying a good meal without that very loud noise you seem to get in other pubs. Decor is very relaxing, and the staff are helpful, and there if you need them without being always in your face.
Food is very well presented, and to a very high standard. Nice to be able to discuss options with the chef, who certainly knows his stuff. We will be back, totally cleaned plates can never lie!
Good selection of beers and a reasonably priced house wine offering, all add up to a value for money presentation
