Wonderful Fish and Chips on our visit yesterday. If you are ever in the area, this is the place to go. amazing staff to cater for over 90 people in one sitting.

Staff are helpful and friendly and the location is great. That's the two stars. The food is low quality and over priced. Example:over £5 for what is meant to be a cappuccino that is anything but and the coffee used is cheap and very bitter. Their attempt at recreating an authentic retro beach cafe, I think works. Just need to get the quality of the food to match the prices and this could be a real treat to visit.

We ate at Flora’s yesterday, as part of a group of forty. We were very impressed by the slick operation that served us our lunch. We were greeted with tea on arrival, together with a plate of bread and butter, and it seemed no time at all before lunch was served. Our orders had been phoned ahead, which no doubt helped, and we were served very efficiently by the delightful waiting staff. The portion sizes were very generous, the chips were to die for, and the haddock was absolutely delicious, coated in a very light crispy batter and beautifully fresh. One of the waitresses came round with those fiddly sachets of sauces and a good pair of scissors to help us avoid embarrassing mishaps, which was much appreciated! We were all offered more tea and coffee, as well as a little dessert of ice cream and fruit. In all, an excellent place to come as a group and we would definitely go back as a couple, next time we are in the area. Our thanks to all concerned!

What appears to be a fairly standard beach side cafe with laminated pictures of ice cream sundaes etc.. turns out to be a really good beach side cafe with all of the above.

Good value, non fussy fish and chips turned around very quickly.

There were 2 bus loads if pensioners in whilst we were in and around and they all seemed quite contented.

A great place for a post walk or bike ride bite to eat.

what lovely people and good food - excellent fish and salad - chips could be a little better but the puddings make my daughters eyes fall out!
