Thank you Pauline & team for a wonderful comfortable stay over Easter weekend. What a great location, your house is beautiful! To lay in bed hear that sea open my curtains & see the sea & pier then enjoy your great breakfast to set us up for the day what more could I ask for? Sorry I left boots behind whoops!!! Planning next years stay already!

Booked in for two nights a Home@21 and it was the perfect short break. Had a sea view room. Spent hours just staring out to sea taking in the sights of the gorgeous coast and pier. Perfect place to stay no matter what the weather. Pauline is great fun and offered us loads of advice on where to visit and eat. Rooms are really lovely and the breakfast is fantastic. Fingers crossed I will be back there soon. Would definitely recommend this place! A perfect couples retreat!

Room Tip: Go the sea view room. Won't disappoint!

6 of us went walking in and around Southwold. We were all soaked to the skin when we checked in at this B&B. Pauline, the landlady, could not have been more welcoming and went on to dry our clothes and boots for us. Brekkie was great and the bedrooms are spotless and comfortable. Another big plus - masses of hot water for when we finished a long day's hike. We also took Pauline's advice on where to eat in the evenings and we were not disappointed. We will be back!

Very well appointed B&B just opposite the promenade in the lovely seaside town of Southwold (home of Admans brewery!) Pauline Archer was a fun, thorough and friendly host and we were made to feel very much at home. Our bedroom has stunning early morning views of quite magical sunrises. Very generous breakfast and plenty of local advice and help from the host. Two minute walk from the pier, less than 10 minutes into town (which has some very fine shops). We'll stay again!

Room Tip: Ask for number 3, bay windows and glorious early morning view...didn't look at the others but I...

Just back from an excellent stay at this fabulous bed and breakfast. We stayed one night for a birthday treat and Pauline very kindly accomodated us even though she was officially closed. Everything was lovely, the very cheery welcome from Pauline, the spotless 4 poster bedroom and ensuite bathroom and delicious breakfast which was cooked to order and everything we needed. The view from bedroom number 1 is just perfect, sit in the really comfy chairs in the window and look out at the sea front and the pier, nothing better. Pauline is a great host and we were able to check in at lunchtime which was an added bonus to us as recovering from foot surgery, she made our short stay very comfortable and welcoming and we would definately recommend this B&B to everyone. We will be back, hopefully for more than one night next time.

Room Tip: Room 1 has the most fabulous view of the seafront and the pier, really comfy 4 poster bed and warm a...

Accommodation lovely, Food lovely, Pauline lovely. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Southwold, Home@21 could not be better situated, on the Seafront and a short walk to the pier and to the town, will go back again.

Home@21 is a lovely comfortable B&B right by Southwold Pier overlooking the sea. Perfect for a stay in Southwold as it is 1 minute from the sea, 5 minutes from the town centre and 5 minutes to Adnams Brewery. The rooms are very comfortable, well furnished and equipped and fastidiously clean.
The welcome from Pauline makes you feel at home immediately.
We particularly enjoyed the communal breakfast and the the Full English
We will definitely stay again and are happy to recommend Home@21, having stayed at other accommodation in Southwold
