This is a really great spot to spend a few quiet days in. Margaret who runs the place is great fun and there's plenty to see with all her animals. I can imagine the gardens are wonderful in the summer but we didn't get a great look through the rain!

The room was a good size and very comfortable. The breakfast which was served in the main house we wonderful - eggs straight from the hens. We came down for an exhibition at the De La Warr Pavillion and the farm was only a short drive away.

Really great value, makes for a cheap weekend. Would recommend.

A friend recommended Freezeland Farm when my in laws came to visit. The main house is a wonderful oast and the B&B room they stayed in was just off the courtyard. The couple who own it have the most marvellous gardens and are happy to let people wander about. Their room was a reasonable size and looked newly painted and was very clean . The en suite was spacious but no bath just a walk in shower, which was great for mum in law who has slight mobility problems.

The only downside was you really need to sit on the bed to watch the telly but the owners are planning to add a small extension to sit it. It had a small fridge which was handy. The breakfast was served in the round oast room - wonderful, and I believe the eggs were fresh from the chickens that morning! Nothing seemed too much trouble for the lady who runs the place. Best part though was mum and dad's little dog was made very welcome and AMAZINGLY for round here they weren't charged extra for her.

The farm is easy to find but very quiet and well placed for touring the area. Mum and Dad are already booked in for their next visit.
