This is a great B&B. Comfortable with great breakfast which you order the night before. Nice to find somewhere that can accommodate a family of 5. Clean accommodation and friendly staff. Close to the beach and perfect for our visit to Sarah Ravens garden at Perch Hill, Robertsbridge.
Quiet suburban street with great garden play area for the kids.

I stayed there for two weeks on business and can not give the place it's credit whatever I write . Very nice room with en suit . The room is very spacious with every things you will need during your stay. It was cleaned every day and supplied with tea, coffee , biscuit , milk--etc . Alan the owner is very helpful, welcoming . It is few minutes walk away from a big centre where it is very convenient . Certainly I enjoin my stay there and would not hesitate to go back again

Room Tip: Room 4 is the best

This is a real gem of a B&B. We had booked a double, the room was huge with a lovely comfy bed. A lovely en-suite with large shower and well stocked toiletries, evan had a supply of cotton buds !
There was a good supply of tea and coffee and biscuits and plenty of milk cartons too ! A jug of drinking water was supplied too. The furnishings were all of a good standard, and matching !!
We had Sky TV with a TV/DVD combo and alarm/radio by the bedside.
A useful book with lots of local details, places to eat and drink etc and also a list of DVDs that can be borrowed from the owners.
Breakfast was freshly cooked and there was plenty of choice. Lots of different cereals to choose from and a plethora of jams and spreads too.
All in all a really pleasant stay, and I would not hesitate to recommend this B&B.

Room Tip: We had room 6, it has a side room with a triple bunk bed in (a double bed at the base with a single...

We wanted a personal touch and some charming surroundings and this was it! A very friendly host greeted us and showed us to our room. The room had cable tv, coffee making facilities and free wifi. Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and lovely! Really nice. In the garden there was a lovely play area for children! All in all this is very good value for money!

A friendly and pleasant B&B with the most comfortable bed. The room was spacious with a large supply of hot drink facilities and biscuits. The en suite bathroom had a powerful shower and a good supply of toiletries and towels to use.

We stayed at this nice B&B overnight when we attended an event at the De La Warr Pavilion. It is in a quiet location about 25-30 minutes walk from the Seafront and the DLWP so quite handy for getting out and about. Lots of useful information in the room and our hosts were friendly and welcoming. The owners will take debit cards but not credit cards which is not unusual but worth being aware of and (whilst this may not apply to every booking) our booking did not include breakfast, so worth checking again up front. Would recommend breakfast though - beautifully cooked and lots of choice and really great value. Would definitely recommend this B&B
