Stayed on a Saturday night to celebrate a special date and booked a superior sea view room. This 3 star hotel occupies a great position on the beach just outside Bexhill. The room cost £130 - it was comfortable but overpriced and a few things for a room at this price were wrong - plastic glasses in the bathroom, a loo that did not fully flush, a sliding patio style door that did not lock so was fitted with a safety chain, damp patch on the wall by the door and windows that have not been cleaned for a long time.
Breakfast was very good after a wait for a table, but being asked a few times for a room number was a bit frustrating.
Overall not too bad but an hotel that seems to not be focused on the little things that make a complete experience.
