We moved to Newhaven early this year but discovered this lovely restaurant only recently. The food is excellent, regularly changes (there are usually 3 or 4 specials on the blackboard, both starters and mains) and is good value. The wine list is ideal - isn't too long, but has lots of choice, and again is good value.
Down to earth, not at all pretentious, with authentic, good quality fresh Italian food. Friendly and attentive service - a really lovely place to go with friends, partner or family.
Just watch out - some retired opera singers eat there regularly and have been known to burst into song. But hey, it all adds to the atmosphere!
