was a aniversary break away for me and my partner. i booked two night stay. on arrival was shown into the house got greated by a very rude man, was taken to our room little did i know we were being shown OUTSIDE at the rear of the house. The man tried very hard to budge the door open to where we were staying and the door did not close properly nor lock and being on the brunt of the alley not very safe! The room was cold had a plug in radiator that didnt work, also a old fashioned wall radiator that also did not work, the bed had what looked like a blood stain on the bed cover. My partner and i woke up in the morning to a freezing cold room and felt very unwell due to the stay. The breakfast says 'full english' yet got given two plates or different variety of food from two boiled eggs to olives? not the meaning of a full english breakfast?!.
me and my partner after the first night decided the following morning to leave and go back home, it need to say the least ruined our aniversary weekend and to pay £118 for two nights for what we got, i now wouldnt pay even the £59 a night of what they charge! never again!
