Whilst working in Brighton in April I stayed at the Premier Inn at Newhaven for a total of 5 nights over 4 separate occasions. Each visit was met with a warm reception, a clean and tidy room and for a hotel in a ferry port town it was very quiet, with no need to request a any specific area of the hotel.
Why stay here instead of Brighton, well firstly there are no rip off £20+ a night car park charges in empty car parks and secondly it's out of the way and quiet.
The pub at the side serves food until 10pm, pretty standard fare but well cooked and again manned with nice pleasant staff.
I'd stay here again in the future and would recommend this for either work or pleasureMore
