Just book into a Premier Inn and all your worries are behind you as regards comfort, help and a good nights sleep. No matter where you are in the country you know you can always be assured of a warm welcome, good food, smiling staff, exceptional cleanliness. Knowing that you can get away from the daily 'grind' and let someone else do the cooking, the cleaning, and generally give you the best nights sleep, more than you will get at any other hotel chain. Welcome to Premier Inns.

Good clean hotel, friendly staff but rather expensive for it's location.
No dining facilities at the Hotel, breakfast is served at the Pub next door but plenty of choice. Sainsburys store and petrol station close by.

Stayed at this hotel as using Newhaven ferry as a foot passenger. Ideally located as within walking distance for early morning ferry departure and late night check in for ferry return. Very pleasant rooms and helpful staff.

me and my partner stayed here for one night, and it was lovely. the room was lovely with plenty of space. there was also a fan in the room. the one thing i was dreading was that there wouldn't be a bath in the room and just a shower like most of the other hotels ive stayed in, but the bath was lovely. so nice to soak in the bath after a busy day in Brighton. The reception staff was really nice and made us feel welcome. i couldn't fault the room, and would stay here again if im ever down that way again.

Chose hotel as near Dieppe and due to catch ferry next day. Family room was too small for beds (which were either hard and lumpy or springy) as we couldn't get out of three of them easily due to lack of space. Air conditioning didn't work and/or instructions not very good. One saving grace was that Premier Inn did honour their guaranteed their good night's sleep guaranteed policy and I was refunded the cost.

Stayed here for one night and the main thing I would comment on is how friendly and helpful the staff were. For £96 for one night I found the rooms very basic, what you would expect for a Premier Inn, although a fan was provided the room was almost unbelievably hot, 25c on the thermometer. The bed was ok but not the most comfortable. Room lighting poor. This is the only hotel in Newhaven and was very busy. Could not ask for more from the staff, the hotel was very clean but overpriced for a Premier Inn.
