I have never said that about before. A small pub area with large restaurant which we visited for a Birthday celebration, we waited an hour and a half for our main course which was very overpriced, Roast Lamb £16,96, Ham, Egg and Chips £12.95 which on the menu is given a fancy description and fancy words but at the end of the day it's still ham, egg and chips with a grilled tomato and greasy chips of the frozen variety and tasteless ham. Roast Beef, 2 soggy Roast Potatoes, one of which was bad, Carrots that looked like they hadn't been washed and a dish of gloop which was described as Pulled Pork, Pea and Applewood Macaroni, small portions for the money although well presented. The staff were lovely and very sorry about the wait and when they finally brought our meals we were told we would be given complimentary tea and coffee's. There are no standard Beer's or Ciders only the speciality one's which are fine if you are familiar with them, you can't even get a J2O which is pretty standard in most pubs. The toilets smelt musty and then became blocked. Also very noisy, poor lighting, left with a headache. Never to be repeated.
