We had various requests due to arrival times for a local wedding, all were accommodated and I can just say that the customer service was therefore first class, very impressed and the rooms were great and all facilities.

Nice welcome at reception. Room was cold but found window had been left open. Worried about proximity to car park but no noise heard slept very well.
Food in restaurant nice for dinner. Breakfast hint , pancakes and bacon a must. Order pancakes before sitting down as take 10 mins , grab cereal , juice and a drink.

overall the room was OK. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was a bit to small and the shower had not been cleaned properly. The breakfast, was just horrible. Don't waste your money. I would recommend the 5 min walk to a very well known fast food restaurant. Because of this we went else were for the evening meal. Over all I would have rather stayed in a travel lodge or premier inn. Much better value.

Recently stayed here for 1 night. Whole hotel tastefull recently re-developed. Room was a good size with comfy bed. Bathroom was great, especially shower. No hook on back of bathroom door though - always needs one. Bar and breakfast were very good. Staff were really helpful and attentive.

The staff where good but the room was a let down. Gap in between the bed and a zip through the centre of the quilt. It rained during the first night and the gutter outside dripped really loudly all night. The air con is old and very noisy. The Italian restaurant within the hotel is okay but don't order a Guinness unless you want it to be the worse pint you've ever seen, the staff need more pint training !!!!
