Its a country park, so its about being outside - you walk/run/cycle and take in the great views over to the River Severn, Gloucester and Cheltenham.

“Wow! Stunning Cotswolds...”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 July 2013

Beautiful Cotswold countryside...
I live in Gloucestershire and I am amazed with the surrounding beauty.

Great for all ages, some parts may restrict people with disabilities and baby buggys.
Picnic always good and on a day like today lots of sun protection because not many shaded areas!

This stunning place overlooks the Severn Vale, with magnificent views towards Robinswood Hill, Brecon Beacons, Black mountain and not forgetting Cheltenham landmark GCHQ!

Great trails for all levels of fitness, great for strolls, picnics, dog walking.
On one part of the trail there's rope swings for kids.

Plenty parking, unfortunately they have just introduced parking fees, but still worth it.
Toilets are clean and picnic tables available.

May is beautiful time to go with all the bluebells just stunning.
Photographers dream...

Highly recommend a visit.

“Fantastic views and place for dogs”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 June 2013

Have visited this place twice now when visiting the area.

Fantastic location that offers exceptional views over the surrounding countryside.

Reasonable car parking prices and reasonable amounts of parking.

There are a few routes of varying lengths that can be walked and you are guided around thanks to signs/markers. Whilst I have not tried them all, the one we did most recently was within a gated enclosure making it safer to let the dog run around and explore.

Close to a VERY busy main road so do be extremely careful when on the very outer edge of the park as more adventurous dogs may stray. You will hear the noise as you get close.

There is an information/visitor centre and toilets on site.

Great for dog walkers or if you wish to use their picnic area to sit, relax and soak up the views and maybe some sun.

Will no doubt visit again.

“Beautiful Country Park”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 June 2013

Visited this wonderful country park on a lovely sunny afternoon on holiday last Month. It is lovely country park with plenty of parking, information centre, toilets, picnic area etc. The views across the park are just stunning! Our children took their scooters and they really enjoyed scootering along enjoying the views. A very relaxing way to spend an afternoon. Can't beat natural beauty and it is free.
