How difficult is it to make two hot chocolates and a latte in less than 10 minutes? How hard is to place each drink (made separately) on the customer's tray? How challenging is it to apologise for running out of milk mid service, having to go in the kitchen, return, open large crate, install it in the fridge, while all the time the first drink is cooling down? Then make the other two drinks? Unfortunately they'd already taken my money, almost £9 for this! And no explanation, apology or even eye contact! Even funnier, when my friend went back for a £1 refill the assistant was scratching her bottom! Delightful! Needless to say I won't go back!

Blooms used to be somewhere really worth visiting as they sold a wide range of delicious cakes and food. Sadly, in the past year or so, the quality of food on offer has declined whilst the prices have crept up. The standard of service is also poor - staff seem to be ambivalent about serving customers. Not bad, but plenty of better alternatives around.

Lunched here, 'braised' lamb, tasteless, served luke warm with mash, 6 carrots & undercooked cabbage. When I chose it, I was told to pay & they would bring to the table, they did, the plate was cold and the food luke warm. £8.29 was the cost, absolute rip off.
They have a childrens play area here, so there are plenty of under 5's running round looking for Mum etc.
Wish I'd gone to Highfields at Whitminster, fab food and surroundings!
Will not be going back to Blooms!

Went to visit Garden Centre decided to have lunch. Oh what a bad mistake. ordered fish & chips and two carvery. Two meals were served then the third one landed on the floor the far side of the dining room. No one came to explain or apologise we were left waiting. Eventually my son went to the counter to be told very rudely "I'm doing it in a minuet".
All three meals were gross the staff rude.
This will indeed be the last time any of us will be going there again.

The food was very good once it was delivered. Very slow service. Rather on the expensive side - almost £7 for a jacket potato! Probably find somewhere else to eat next time! Agree with Gloswax it did feel like a creche with kids running wild!

We found it very noisy and having a 89 year old with us we could not communicate.

A surperb garden centre. Enjoyed visiting the various concessions.

Toilets very good.

Free Parking.
