The Lowry was a fantastic venue for a wedding. The team were very attentive and well-organised resulting in a smooth runnning of our wedding day!
Very reasonably priced.

Went with little one to watch the StickMan production in the Quay Theatre part of the Lowry. Very good performance which our 2 year old was glued to (helped by a few biscuits to help with the attention). I like the little Quay Theatre - good view even from top tier and very good acoustics. Comfortable seats.

Love Lowry. His paintings on exhibition were great and not so many of them unmanageable. Interesting talk by a knowledgeable guide about his life and work at 12 midday and 2 pm. The cafe was pretty ordinary so go to the bar for a bar snack which was to die for. Recommended.

We came to see the stickman in January. The performers were fabulous and it was a clean and nice theatre. The staff however were so rude and obnoxious I was so surprised when after leaving when my 5 year old tried to pass his booster seat to one member of staff who had some to be told to do it himself as she was too busy. Then 3 minutes after the performance we were casually gathering our bags booster seats and three young children to be told to hurry up and get out because there was another performance on. The staff really let down the theatre and it has really put us off coming again.
5 stars for the performers zero for staff
