Went with our son and two grandsons. They had an excellent time petting the animals and playing on the extensive playgrounds. They have a large indoor playground as well. Our six year old grandson loved the pedal go karts as well. Look out for specials on their website - when we went fireman Sam was there ! We also ate in the cafe which had a limited selection of hot and cold food which was very nice and reasonably priced. Overall thoroughly recommended.

On our first visit we opted to buy a season ticket pass for the year as our 7 month old boy loved seeing the animals. It really is a great place for younger children and somewhere you can entertain them for the whole day. As well as the animals you have a huge indoor soft play area as well as outside trampolines etc.

Its a lovely clean and inviting place. We've since been several times and its also a great place to meet up with friends where the children can play.

Feeding the sheep and goats is great fun as well as seeing, learning about and touching all the other animals.

Highly recommended for a day out, you can buy food onsite or take a picnic.

Spotted the sign many times while driving up and down the 303, so decided to take all the family and the grand kids as it was the summer holidays. Good day out for all. Great picnic areas and if it dose rain there is still plenty to do. Very educational for the little ones seeing and touching the animals. Defiantly worth another visit.

I went here today with my four children and it was brilliant.

On entry we were greeted with kind friendly staff, and you immediately find yourself in the play area, which is split down into different age groups.

There is a huge slide, a zip wire and trampolines to start your little ones off, with picnic tables and benches for the adults to enjoy the scenery.

You will then venture toward the indoor play facility which quite frankly is amazing. Again, it is split into lots off different age groups, and there is a block building area and cannons which your little ones can fire soft balls out of.

There are plenty of tables and chairs to relax in while the kids burn off energy.

Next you wander out of the side door and discover pigs, geese and chickens amongst other interesting things. In each of the barns there are animals to see and stroke, and wild birds flutter through the rafters as you walk by.

You can partake in feeding the calves, hold rabbits and play with mice...then there's more!

You walk to the top field, and for £3 your children can have a pony ride. There are sheep and goats to see and feed if you so wish, and they have plenty of hand washing facilities all throughout the farm so you can wash your hands.

Further into the field you see various varieties of birds in coops, and also shire horses, and in between all of that there are go carts and ride along toys for the children {and adults} as well as den building and tug of war ropes!

I couldnt have asked for a better day out with my little family.

Prices are reasonable, but do take extra for snacks and pony rides!

I will go here again!

We have been a few times now as it is less than a mile from our new house, it is reasonably well priced, and offers forces discount which is a big bonus when it comes to visiting, our 3 year old loves it there, the animals are well cared for, facilities are good, the staff are all friendly and the organised petting sessions are good, the indoor and outdoor play areas are well cared for and support a range of ages, we have now brought a family annual pass for £185 so will pop down most days after work through the summer and gives us something to do through the winter
