Will I stay again? Yes! A lovely boutique b&b. Huge room (with private garden), huge bed, great shower and great quality. Even better, totally dog friendly with no hidden extra charges or rules.

The breakfast does cost extra, but was delicious and to be recommend. The welcome on arrival was lovely. This was like being a guest in someone's lovely modern home, but with total peace and privacy.

Great value!

I booked this a s one night stay for an interview, all I wanted was a pleasant night's sleep. What I got was far better than expected! Lovely modern room (I had the Burgundy suite), with under floor heating and thermostats for both the room and en suite bathroom. Comfortable double bed, nice big tv, complementary tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The bathroom was especially nice with a large shower that was almost like a waterfall!

The breakfast in the morning was brilliant too, with a wide choice of cereal and a fancy cooked breakfast too. Staff were very nice and service brilliant overall. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are a couple looking for a short break.

Room Tip: Burgundy suite is very nice, fantastic bathroom!

Had to stay over with work and by chance found this excellent Bed & Breakfast. Clean, modern, brilliant wifi, superb shower and the best breakfast I have had for years. I wish there were more places like this. Too many places now have the breakfast warming away for hours. Was really nice to get a properly cooked breakfast - two eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms and then a few little extra pieces as well. Everything was perfect and would have scored higher if it was available . Sets a new standard.

I stayed for one night at this b and b it was spotlessly clean with new modern decore , the room was most comfortable with modern en suite bathroom , the owner was friendly , I chose a light breakfast which was perfect,5 mins from local train station by foot in a secure gated area. All in all throughly enjoyable and I most definitely would return if I had a need.Thank you to Margrita with her high standards.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and the standards at this B&B. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of a exhausting touring holiday to the North of England.
The large comfortable beds and pleasant decoration gave us the opportunity to rest before our Ferry trip back to our home in Portugal.
Three weeks previously we had stayed in a hotel in the centre of Emsworth for 3 nights and had booked the same hotel for our return journey, but was so disgusted by the poor standards of cleanliness we cancelled and booked Millers B&B. Although it was dearer than our original booking the extra was well worth it.

Just returned from spending 3 nights at Millers House. We were visiting friends and this was just at the end of their road. This B & B is in a gated complex so very safe and secure, able to leave car here to allow you to have a few wines or beers in some of the local hostelrys. The house itself is lovely. We had 2 rooms, my husband and I had the bigger of the 2 rooms which was tastefully decorated with yellow accessories. Huge comfortable bed, modern flat screen tv, free wifi. Luxurious bathroom/wetroom was with lovely black tiles, some flecked with gold.Tea and coffee making facilities and our room also had patio doors leading to it's own patio with table and chairs. My daughters' room was decorated in tones of red/deep pink with a similar luxurious bathroom and their patio was too the front of the house. We didn't need breakfast on this visit as our friends insisted we visit them for this. Beautiful oak stair case on entering the house which the owners husband built, lovely wooden flowers with rugs in hallway. Previous reviews comment that this is expensive, however I feel you pay for quality and that is what we got. The owner was lovely and very accommodating. Took my own hair dryer but these are actually provided We would return. Only negative is that the driveway up to the gates is quite dark if walking late at night, so a small torch would be a bonus to have on you. Once through the gates, there are lights so no problem. Perhaps a bigger sign at the side of the road, would ensure guests don't miss the entrance as it is quite hidden.

Room Tip: Downstairs rooms have own patios. Daughters' room to front caught the sun whilst we were there.

Missed the entrance on the first pass so it's a little tricky to find, but the bonus is that it's in a gated development with an electric security gate (so, safe for the car at night !). Nice house, pretty well appointed, with a homely feel. We had two ground floor rooms, both spotlessly clean, both with new flatscreen TV's, classy bathrooms and each with a little patio for sitting outside. Breakfast was good quality although we weren't offered a choice in the items presented....it just arrived fully loaded ! They should perhaps consider this because it would cut down on waste. Bed a little hard and springy for my taste. The lady of the house was charming and helpful and for the most part just left us alone to do our thing. Some slight noise from the nearby carriageway, but not overly distracting. Good value overall and I would definitely recommend.
