This place is a gem. The location, accommodation and service would be hard to beat. We chose it in order to have a stress free journey to the ferry from Portsmouth the following day. It is ideally located for this: well away from traffic noise in a rural location yet sufficiently close to access the motorway easily. It's a working 'farm' with stables and this enhanced the ambience of the place. But what stood out was the contemporary decor, the cleanliness, the quality of the breakfast and the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. We'll be back.

Booked here for one night and couldn't fault it. Small B&B with only 5 rooms to the north of Emsworth. Only been in existance for a couple of years. Modern spotless rooms that were well presented. Good selection of tea and coffee for drinks in the room plus a bottle of water and a bowl of sweets.
Friendly service. Good breakfast in a small dining room. Reasonably priced.
Would certainly want to go there again and to recommend it.

Booked a last minute stay here using the Trip Advisor booking facility, which I have never used before, and using only the reviews here for recommendation! The booking was simple and The Old Dairy Farm was beautiful and beyond my expectations..

Surrounded by fields and horses and a very welcoming family we couldnt have had a more relaxing stay. Everything was 'top-totty' from the minute we were welcomed in the drive till the moment we left. Our room was spotlessly clean and fresh, with everything we could need for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast was served in a modern and bright dining room with plenty of choice.

There were plenty of lovely walks nearby. We chose to walk along the mill stream and into Emsworth, which took about 40 mins, bit muddy in places, but a beautiful countryside walk.

The only downside to our stay was that we only booked the one night!! We shall definitely be going back this year and next time it will be for a longer stay :-)

We have just returned from an Easter break at the Old Dairy Farm. Debbie is very welcoming and helpful, our room was modern and very clean.

Breakfast was delicious, served in a small freindly dining room, and the Easter chocolate was a lovely touch.

Would recommend anyone to stay here.

We stayed one night mid-week. A very warm welcome, our room was wonderful, very modern, fresh and spotlessly clean. Would not have been out of place in a boutique hotel, at double the price.

Breakfast was delicious, served in a relaxed dining room, which was also spotlessly clean, modern & fresh. .

Everything about this B&B is luxurious - the rooms, facilities, breakfast, surroundings - it's extremely classy and we will definitely be back

Room Tip: Only 4 rooms, and would imagine they are all of the same, very high, standard.

Stayed here over night after a visit to the football in Portsmouth! Very pleasant room, friendly atmosphere, good breakfast, only grouse the person who needed to flush the loo, which serves a compactor hence pump noise, in the middle of the night!!! Why?
