Really nice little B & B in Emsworth within easy reach of Portsmouth, Chichester etc. We stayed in the annexe which is 50m down the road from the main house. It was quiet ( we had a room at the back ) clean and very comfortable with nice soft towels ( hate it when they're like cardboard ! ). Breakfast in the main house was excellent with good choice of cereals and fruit, good coffee and the freshly cooked 'full English'. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good value for money. Recommended.

We needed a B & B near to the Spire Hospital,as my husband was having an operation to remove his kidney as he had a large tumour. The staff were so helpful ,my son was staying with us so we needed two rooms ,but we were unsure how many nights we would need the rooms. They let us provisionally book them for four nights .we then thought my husband was coming out early,so they gave us a refund. Only to find out my husband wasn't quiet ready to leave on the last day so we would need the rooms once again ! This was not a problem and they let us rebook the rooms. The staff were all very friendly an seemed genuinely concerned to hear how my husband was.
We stayed in the lodge, just down the road from the main building. Our rooms were clean, and we had fresh towels every day. My room looked out over the fields at the back and was very peaceful . Breakfast was a choice of cereals, fruit, yogurt and cooked breakfast . If you need somewhere near to the hospital this is the perfect B&B. Plenty of parking space. Hope to return for a less stressful trip in the future. Many thanks to all the staff x

Room Tip: Try to book a room at the back of the building.

One of the best B&B 's my husband and I have every stayed in. We cannot fault anything about this B&B. The rooms very excellent, immaculately clean and tidy and very comfortable.
The staff couldn't be more accommodating and very always so polite and friendly. The breakfast was very very good and there was plenty there to eat.
My husband and I would highly recommend this B&B, our only disappointment was we only stayed for two nights.

Room Tip: All the rooms very excellent, spoilt for choice

My husband and I spent a pleasant weekend here at the end of July with our two single friends. We needed B and B accommodation near to Portsmouth and the Jingles fitted the bill very well.
We received a friendly welcome on arrival and were given a map of nearby Emsworth showing eating options for the evening.
The bedrooms were in the main house, ours being double aspect with the bathroom window facing the front, whilst the bedroom looked out to the rear over the garden and farmland. It was clean and comfortable, with tea things and bottled water supplied.
Breakfast consisted of a wide range of self service cereal, fruit, yogurt etc. with hot food cooked to order, the smoked salmon and scrambled egg muffins were particularly delicious. Service was always prompt and friendly. I liked being able to make my toast when I wanted it.
There was a well furnished lounge downstairs with newspapers available, which was ideal for meeting our friends. Off road parking was never a problem as there was plenty of space.
My only minor criticism was that on both occasions, the shower became quite hot for a while during use which could be distressing.
We would be happy to stay here again and would recommend to others.

We live 70 miles from West Wittering, at short notice we planned to visit the coast and decided to stay overnight on Thur 24th July 20124. We booked Jingles as it was one of very few options at below £ 100 for Bed & Breakfast with ensuite facilities. It was described as a guest house, so I didn't have high expectations. But I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Nice rooms, good welcome, we were asked about our evening plans & were given a useful map to show pubs & restaurants. Emsworth is a nice little town, with a large quayside & is just about walking distance from Jingles. Goodnight sleep & good breakfast.

We had 3 nights at Jingles to explore the surrounding area. We stayed in the lodge, next door but one, but breakfast is served in the main building. This is not a problem. Our room at the rear of the lodge was fine and exceptionally clean and quiet. Fresh towels were provided each day. The breakfast was very good and the service excellent.

Room Tip: Upstairs at the rear are quiet and have views over the garden and fields.

We booked through a last minute website, just looking for somewhere cheap and not too far from home in Bournemouth.
On arrival we were impressed with the outside and the surroundings (overlooking fields) and went inside to check in.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful giving us tips on were to go for dinner that night and which local taxi firm to use.
We were again very impressed with our room. Very clean and tidy. The bathroom to was Immaculate and the view from our window was idyllic.
After a great nights sleep in a lovely comfy bed we went down for breakfast which was lovely and checked out.
Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel. We will be sure to stay again in the future.
