We visited to have breakfast. The place had empty tables but we had to wait 15 minutes because they were very busy. We ordered a latte, but we were told that they could not do any specialist coffee.. so we order tea with free re-fills. Then we ordered the triple stack pancakes. What a disappointment! The pancakes are very similar to Asda's smart price... the waiters never offered us a re-fill; every and time we tried to get their attention, they just passed us by! Eventually, I cought the attention of a waitress and she looked so busy, so we asked for the bill. She came back with the bill and offered us raffle ticketts which we decline, she looked disappointed that we did not buy ticketts... I probably would have bought tickets if she had offered me a re-fill! Overall, poor value for money and the restaurant appears to be under staffed. Some staff members where ok (our waitress was very pleasant) But the rest of the team appeared to be stressed and not approachable at all. Breakfast in a supermarket cafe is cheaper and much better than in Frank and Bennys.
