“Full English at Daisy's Tea Room”
Reviewed 18 March 2014

Daisy's is just a minute from the A3 in Liphook, and mades an ideal stop on route to the coast. I had the Full English breakfast which was the proper affair with all the necessary constituents i.e. bacon (rashers 2), Sausages (2),eggs (2 free range), mushrooms (tick), Tomato (not bothered but tick), Black Pudding (yes!!), Beans & toast. It cost £6.95 which is good deal (see photo).
The staff are very friendly and relaxed. It's a small cafe and can get busy at peak hours, but it's worth the wait for the full English which was excellent!

Discovered at random driving past, stopped off for a late lunch. Very nice food and very friendly staff. Proper coffee too. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

“Breakfast”
Reviewed 12 February 2014

A fantastic atmosphere created by a warm and welcoming host. Food was excellently cooked and very reasonably priced. The option to have free range products is different to most places, overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

“Brownies!”
Reviewed 7 February 2014

Haven't been in Liphook for a while, but was meeting old school friends. Couldn't believe how much the tearoom has changed. Friendly staff and amazing brownies. Will try make an excuse to pop in soon.

“Poor.”
Reviewed 16 November 2013

Very very disappointed! 2 young girls in charge, both of whom were sitting on their bums on arrival, tables were ALL full of dirty plates yet not a soul in there. Bin in the kitchen over flowing and filthy! Good was very poor quality esp. for the high price. Extremely saddened also that instead of clearing away out plates, the girls made themselves lunch. This used to be an amazing place- gone to the dogs. :-(

Hi Laura,

I'm really sorry you had a bad experience at Daisy's. I try an ensure that everyone's visit to the tearoom is memorable for all the right reasons. So to hear about your bad experience is a big concern. Firstly I would like to ensure you all the right steps have been implemented to ensure plates and clutter are not left around. And that the staff are active, attentive and welcoming. Regarding your food, I am surprised to hear you were less than satisfied as we pride ourselves on the feedback we receive for our high quality food and reasonable prices. However this is no excuse or exception for the meal you were not happy with. If you could let me know what it was you had and when you visited us I can get to the bottom of the issue and ensure it isn't repeated again. We would love for you visit us again and see that it was just a bad one off! Warm regards. Michelle.
