Hi we took our daughter who is two and a half to peppa pig world today. This being our second time there wr stayed longer however each ride took about half hour to get on we only managed three rides and that was the only let down. My daughter had great fun.

Thank Kathryn G

Dear Kathryn G, thank you for taking the time to review us. We are delighted to hear that your daughter had great fun at the Park.

Peppa Pig World is normally quieter either first thing upon arrival or later in the afternoons. There are also attractions with no waiting like the indoor soft playzone, outdoor adventure playgrounds, muddy puddles water splash park and seeing Peppa Pig and George.

We very much look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

We visited with our family and three children under 7. The adults and kids had a really fun day with attractions that covered all our ages. Peppa pig world is very cute and the rides are perfect. For the older children and adults there are some more adventurous rides. The grounds are beautiful and very clean. Thoroughly recommend.

Thank Josie C

was a lovely trip to paultons, my partnerts boy thought the world of it. The 1m hight thing is stupid, we had to pay an extra £30 when all around the park most sign's said they have to be 1.1m or more & so on to ride this ride? so why did we need to pay again.. far to expensive!

Dear Chelannx, thank you for your review and feedback. We are pleased to hear that you had a lovely trip to the Park.

Children over 1 metre in height are able to enjoy nearly all of the rides and attractions at the Park so we feel it is fair to ask for an admission ticket to be purchased. Tickets can be purchased for £23.50 online in advance or £27.00 on the day at the Park for entry to both Paultons and Peppa Pig World. There are over 60 rides and attractions at Paultons including: 2 x water splash parks, an indoor playzone, 4D cinema, mini golf, rio grande train ride, birds and animals to see and gardens to enjoy.

Height, age and health restrictions apply on some rides for health and safety reasons – these are set by the ride manufacturers and for reasons which we hope you understand they must be adhered to.

We hope to see you and your family at the Park again soon.

We went on a 2 day trip to the park for a Saturday and Sunday. We were made up of a group of 6 adults, a 7 year old and my 3 old who were all full price paying adult tickets (8 of us in total). We went into the park on the Saturday with no problems at all as the other child who is 2 passed under the 1m high restriction fine and so was free to get in. The group of us then stayed all day and had a good time and left to return on the Sunday.

Upon arrival (less then 24 hours after we had been already) we were told that the 2 year old child was now too tall to be allowed in for free even though she had all day the day before!! The people on the door could not really see why we were all confused by this and were FORCING us to go and buy another ticket or we would not be allowed in the park. A Manager was called over and he was immediately defensive and I would say quite loud and threatening and once again was telling us to go and buy a ticket as he was "protecting the interests of the business". This is pretty laughable as I dont think a childs fee of £27 would financially cripple Paultons Park. We were made to wait outside of the entrance for about 30 minutes which was very humiliating and embarrassing for us, baring in mind we had already spent over £300 on the whole trip which included 2 day park passes and hotel for the night. NOT ONCE was an apology offered and i canot begin to describe how much this ruined the second day for us. Eventually we were let in after being totally humiliated at the front gate.

The first day was ok as we didnt have to queue for too long to get on most of the Peppa Pig rides and the food was not too bad in price.

The second day was totally ruined and not one of our group ended up enjoying the day as much as we should have and this was heartbreaking for the 3 children with us who ended up being upset all day long. Bearing in mind that Peppa Pig World is aimed at small children I believe that 45 minutes to queue for a ride is far too long and you end up with a lot of whinging children all over the place. There are definite ways the rides could be sped up but agin common sense doesnt seem to prevail in this place!

I think the entrance staff need to be trained in the art of common sense as they are the first people that guests meet on arrival and they could end up being a detriment to the whole Park particularly the manager that came to resolve the situation.

Dear Elmo1612

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are pleased that you had a good time at the Park on the first day of your visit. We are sorry to hear that the second day of your visit was not the success that you had hoped for, however upon further investigation we would like to outline the following feedback regarding your situation:

Free entry is permitted for children under 1 metre who must be wearing shoes when being measured for height. This information is stated clearly on our website, leaflets and signage at the Park.

Your child, who must have been very borderline to the 1m height limit on your visit the previous day, was wearing a different pair of shoes on the second day of your visit that resulted in them being measured over 1 metre. Children over 1 metre can enjoy nearly all of the rides and attractions so a ticket is required.

Various members of the Paultons team attempted to help resolve your situation however they were met with antagonism and unfortunate comments. A number of solutions were put forward including requesting that a different pair of shoes be worn, we are sorry one could not be agreed upon on the day. Admission was then permitted for you and your family after approximately 10 minutes of arriving at the turnstiles.

Peppa Pig World is normally quieter later in the afternoons or first thing in the mornings. The rides are slower in nature as they designed for younger children to enjoy safely.

We hope this helps explain and that you may decide to visit us again in the future,

Kind regards,
Paultons Park

We have a daughter who is fast approaching 3 years old, so as with the rest of the world, our life is pretty much Peppa Pig orientated at the moment, with Peppa on TV, Peppa toys, Peppa toothpaste and pretty much everything else, so a trip to Peppa Land was the pinnacle of our Peppa lives.

I have to say, this was a great attraction for kids (and adults) who love Peppa. There has clearly been a lot of thought and planning gone into this park, and I was very surprised at how good it is. Normally, it could be easy to milk money out of people with an attraction linked to something kids love, but this really did the trick, it was good, honest fun! The rides are all designed for kids to enjoy, and to be honest, my wife and I had a good laugh too.

There is nothing the kids can't do, so make the most out of it, get yourselves down there and jump in some muddy puddles.

Queues were not bad at all, and we went on a Saturday! Food is poor, only burgers and hotdogs, so make sure you take something that would suit everyone.

Great Peppa Pig souvenir shop with literally EVERYTHING you can think of with a Peppa Pig slammed on the side of it.

Great day out, my daughter loved, and so did we. If ever I'm in the area, I will go again.

(For older kids, the Paulton's Par has much more to offer as well, so don't think it's just for the little one's)
