Came here on an inset day as felt it might be a quieter time to go, and it was. The kids loved the rides, they particularly loved Peppa Pig world. We ate at the main eatery by the entrance, the food is very average though - quite pricey for what you get, but it comes out very very quickly, but we didn't come for the food so I won't mark it down because of that. Overall a very pleasant experience, and we'll come again (on another inset day!!)

Easy to take this one for granted right on our doorstep, but it really does have something for everyone. The new dinosaur theming for one section, and the two newer rides are an excellent addition - so this now has four good thrill rides - not as big as eg.Thorpe Park, but good nonetheless. At the other end of the scale, Peppa Pig World is magical for small children, and had two new gentle rides for them. And there is a lot in between, including relatively low speed go-carting, a log flume, a big water slide, and two gentle coasters for youngsters. What sets Paultons apart is that in addition to the rides etc. it is a good place for a stroll, and for locals perhaps worth a season ticket just for that! The birds, insects and animals are great.

2nd time to going Paulton Park, went 5 years ago so alot has changed, we went on 25th September so its out of season some restaurants weren't open and some rides were starting at 12 understandable being end of season and kids at school. Me my wife and kids really enjoyed paultons park as a whole, kids of course loved peppa pig world and the lost kingdom because who doesn't love dinosaurs. Lovely and quiet which is great when you have kids, sometimes they can get abit of a handful. I love how much its updated again 5 years was the last I went. My wallet took a beating but that's normal, I recommend paultons park too anyone with a young family take up the 2 day short break. I would say take your own lunch up there. We did for the first day and 2nd day we had food at the park itself. Staff were friendly and happy. A very enjoyable few days. This was a birthday treat for my kids. Overall a great few days and would recommend anyone with young kids to go.

Visited the park this week with my family which includes under 5’s.

The differences between visiting now and during the summer season are completely different. This is our second visit this year the last of which was during the summer period. Our previous visit was in our words uncomfortably busy and not enjoyable. However, we had a great time yesterday and managed to go on all the attractions with limited queue time or wait.

Although we have been visiting Chessington as a family tradition since the early 90’s this place is better kept and a lot cleaner. The ground keepers look like they never stop to keep this place looking similar to the standards of a Disney Park - people really notice these things which I think cash giants like Chessington have forgotten.

Overall Pepper Pig World is a good addition to this park and I am certain attracts most of their customers. The rides in that area although themed are simple attractions like fairest wheels and roundabouts. These rides are slow and timely to fill with customers which can make waiting with young children frustrating. Even though the park was quiet this time around it still took 30 minutes from start to finish to complete a ride on the PP Helicopters. I think the park still needs to address issue during busier periods offering timed visits or time slots during the day to that area of the park.

The last thing of note is that my son is now only just 90cm so can ride the smaller roller coasters - he enjoyed them a lot more than PP World rides which are slow and geared towards the obvious fan of PP or babies.

Taking everything into consideration overall a great day out - thanks.

TA rating 4.

My wife, me, our two year old have just returned from a two day visit using a Paultons park hotel package. Everything and everywhere is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Including the toilets which are plentiful and easy to find. Incidentally each toilet has a toddler seat attached so fab for potty training.

Lots of places to eat but food is expensive as you would expect so definitely take a picnic if you can. Plenty of picnicking areas.

Peppa pig world was our target as our 2 year old loves her. This area is great with rides and play areas including soft play, buggy friendly and plenty of space. We found our rather impatient little one hated the queues and found up to a thirty minute wait too much so we didn’t go on many peppa rides but he was happy in the play areas and running round. I gather queues are horrendous in school holidays so pack a bag of patience for the more boisterous of your brood.

The rest of the park was great. Plenty more rides for little ones and no queuing anywhere so I was able to sneak off alone for a couple of rounds on the adult roller coasters.

There are quiet areas of your lucky enough to be able to get your child to sleep and if not just to take five minutes away for the rides and noise is nice.

The flamingoes are getting a new home and this has a sign up saying it will be finished summer 2018 so I’m guessing this is overrunning as it’s nowhere close to being finished from what I could see.

Every single member of staff we had cause to speak to were friendly, helpful, generous and cheerful. No grumps of miseries. Excellent service for which they should be commended. You don’t get great customer service everywhere and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

All in all, worth a visit, decent value for money with the second day free offer, plenty to do, wouldnt go In school holidays, take your own food and visit the whole place not just Peppa!

I would return.

Almost forgot, there are lots of little single electric ride on cars/tractors/boats etc that you usually put a pound in to make it rock for a couple minutes then it stops and your kid kicks off because it wants another go - you don’t have to pay for these here. This is an excellent thing and well done Paultons for this. Genius. Thank you.
