We unfortunately only stayed one night, prior to our cruise from Southampton, made to feel very welcome, lovely location, beautiful room and excellent breakfast. Ideal for travel into Southampton took only 15 minutes by car.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay in the area…..and wish Debbie and family every success for the future.

Thank you, we are so pleased you enjoyed your brief stay with us. We have many guests who stay both pre and post cruise and some stay both if they have a long drive.
We look forward to seeing again for a longer stay.

Luxury b&b. Deb is warm, chatty, fun and helpful. She and her son gave us a great welcome. Delicious breakfasts. Spotlessly clean. Lots of extras, such as tea on arrival, port & peanuts, luxury bath products and a great TV on which to watch Murray win Wimbledon! Adored Pudding and Rufus (the dogs!) and free range chicken especially handsome Ken and Barbie. Even saw a deer leaping across the garden! A memorable stay. We’ll definitely return.

Room Tip: Manor Room was delightful. South facing. Dual aspect. Comfortable bed with luxury bedclothes. Great...

Wonderful, thank you. The deer was a fluke but a welcome one! Everything else was provided for your relaxation pleasure........ I'm so glad you liked your room, it is perfect for a special occasion.
We look forward to seeing you both again.

My wife booked me in for a business trip in October and I ended up staying for 5 months ! The Manor House is a wonderful example of fine English country living made even more satisfying with a glass of port by the open fire and a gorgeous breakfast to look forward to in the mornings. Phil, Debs Josh and the dogs were a delight to stay with, always with a welcoming smile when I got in from work. The AA Man even commented on how lovely the house was when I broke down one evening and remarked how lucky I was to own such a beautiful house - I wish !

Room Tip: The rooms are themed and have individual character. Each has a welcoming selection of tea and coffe...

The perfect B&B. Lovely house, friendly and hospitable proprietors, marvelous bed (many aren't in B&B's!), superlative breakfast. No negatives whatsoever. We shall return.

We've said everything that needs to be said, this is just to satisfy Tripadvisor's 200 character minimum. Why must we, Tripadvisor?

Chose Lee Manor for a two night break as we wished to visit the new Mary Rose exhibition in Portsmouth. We stayed in "Hogarth",a comfortable room with everything you possibly need and more. Not just a tray of tea and coffee in the room but nuts, gorgeous biscuits and a decantor of Port. The chaise longue by the window is ideal for reading and the bath great for a long soak after a busy day.On our arrival we were met by Debs offering a refreshing pot of tea which came with homemade cake.Debs can recommend places to eat and happily booked us a table. After a good nights sleep we sat down to a superb breakfast, great choice and good quality.Phil and Debs are great hosts and we would not hesitate to recommend it.

From nearly running into Debs at the gate to leaving the hospitality was gracious and fun.
.The rooms are large ,airy and each has a different theme. The breakfasts are large and very tasty.
The owners are friendly and are more than able to recommend where to visit and eat.
To me the best thing about the stay were the animals Hens outside and especially the ducklings!
I really think that this is the only place to stay in the area.

We stopped overnight on our way down to Southampton. Debs greeted us at the door as we parked in front of the house and made us feel welcome right from the start. We had the Rose Room which was spacious and had everything you needed. There was a decanter of Port, some nuts and lovely biscuits waiting for us along with a nice selection of teas and coffee. The bed was extra large and very comfortable. On arrival Debs asked us if we would like some tea and could have it in the room or in the lounge downstairs. We opted for downstairs and were the tea came along with some cakes. Lovely! Debs is only too happy to provide/recommed places where we could eat in the evening and book a table if we wanted. Romsey is only about 2 miles away. As for Breakfast - it was superb! So much choice and the eggs were fresh from the chickens kept in the garden. This is in an area of peace and quiet but close enough for some night life if required. I would definitely recommend a stay - you won't be disappointed. If you're looking for the little extras that make your stay worth it, Lee Manor is the place.
