Owner description: In the heart of the glorious New Forest, Beaulieu is one of the South's top visitor attractions. Here you will find the National Motor Museum, home to over 250 vehicles telling the history of motoring. You can also visit Palace House and Gardens, home of the Montagu family since 1538, the remains of Beaulieu Abbey and World of Top Gear where you can see some of the vehicles from Jeremy, James and Richard's most ambitious challenges. Ride on the high level Monorail or climb aboard the replica 1912 open top London bus for a fun way to see Beaulieu's sights.

Attended the Motor Museum which was a wonderful day out. Not only does it have cars galore, there are lots of other things to do which would please different age groups and interests.

Would recommend not just to car enthusiasts.

Thank Fiona J

Somewhere I'd been wanting to visit for sometime. Whilst interesting, The museum itself was a little smaller than it could have been. The cars they have were lovely and they have lots of them, but I'd have liked to have seen a few more 60-70s cars that you could have remembered you dad having. "Cars on Screen" was disappointing only 4 including an obscure Land Rover that from Heartbeat, that overseas visitors would not related to. Top Gear section was good, providing you watch Top Gear on TV.

It's a required place for who love cars and automobilism. Have a lot of old cars and my favorite is a replica of DeLorean, of the Back to the Future film. Is very good for Childrens to.

I visited here with my 70 year old father as he has always loved cars, and figured there would be a lot for him to see here over the years. We used a voucher code we obtained from a flyer advertising the museum and got 15% discount. (Sorry I don't have the code anymore :() However you can get a 10% discount by booking online and paying the day before. Back to the actual place.... The motor museum was fantastic and we spent a good couple of hours looking around trying to pick our favourite! There are also the gardens which as kept lovely, nice to see all the vegetables growing. We did not visit the house so I cannot comment on that, it did look beautiful from the outside though with all the roses blooming. There was a hot rod American car show the day we visited which was great as both myself and my dad love cars like that. We had a really good day! Take a picnic as it is much cheaper and there are plenty of places to sit (assuming it's sunny of course). Overall highy recommended!!!
