Beautiful farmhouse bed and breakfast in stunning location. This is a proper old country farmhouse complete with geese and cattle but lovely clean, tastefully decorated rooms. Lovely people and a very enjoyable stay. We would heartily recommended Huntsland Farm.

Previous reviewers have said it all but it is good to have an opportunity to endorse the excellence of this beautifully restored farm house and its welcoming owners. The experience is unique in many ways because of Stephen's delicious Jamaican-influenced cooking (but also one of the best English breakfasts you could ask for!) and the evening meal shared with Lucy's father and brother who inject their own flavour of Herefordshire farming and countryside into the conversation! Lucy's flare for design and organisation is evident everywhere. The setting is idyllic. We'll be back!

Room Tip: All the rooms seem excellent

This has to be one of the best bed and breakfast experiences! We arrived late (11pm) on a Thursday evening to find Lucy and Stephen looking out for us. Stephen helped us park and took our luggage. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. After our journey we took to the comfortable cosy bed and enjoyed a good night's sleep. Next morning we had a fine English breakfast in Lucy and Stephen's large farmhouse kitchen. That evening we enjoyed a true home-from-home experience! Dinner, cooked by Stephen, at the farmhouse, along with Lucy and Stephen and John, Lucy's dad. Such a character; we learned a lot about the pleasures and heartaches of farming told in an informed but whimsical way.

We stayed a further 2 nights and along the way got to know the names and ways of several farmyard animals. We were sorry to leave, but plan to visit Lucy and Stephen when we return to the area in September. A wonderful experience full of great hospitality, warmth and comfort!

There is nothing I could say to fault this place. It's not your average B&B. Stephen and Lucy are incredibly welcoming. After a long day walking, this beautiful farm is just what the doctor ordered. The food was amazing and the room was very comfortable. Both hosts were laid back and made us feel relaxed. I can't praise this place enough. I definitely recommend a stay and we will be back to stay for more than a fleeting visit.

Emily, you have certainly made us both blush with your lovely comments. Stephen always loves cooking for people who enjoy their food and appreciate home cooked meals. We would love to have you back again and very much look forward to it. I hope the aching limbs are feeling well rested now! Take care, Lucy & Stephen

We had a 2 night stay in July; last minute booking and Lucy and Stephen welcomed us warmly. Stephen 'upgraded' us to a HUGE cosy room with views across the farm. As others have commented, the farmhouse is enchanting and we could go anywhere we liked. Sheep, cattle, dogs, ducks, chickens...and more. Breakfasts were expertly prepared by Stephen in a large country kitchen. On request he prepared and served a 3 course Baked Dinner, shared with Lucy's family over laughter and stimulating conversation. Our needs were met with a smile and "of course!'. If you are in this area, do not overlook Huntlands Farm for a most memorable stay.
