Had a great time it was perfect mix of relaxation and good family time. Our little one had plenty to do with swimming and the beach.and we were able to feel like adults as well. The babysitting service worked really well as did the room with supplied with cot and toys.
Very hassle free and never felt the need to go anywhere else. We have already recommended it to other friends.

From start to finish this meal in the Colette restaurant was as good as We have ever had in the chateaus of France. The waiters were attentive and the cuisine was mouthful after mouthful of wonderful new culinary tastes. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and it made the evening really special.

Our afternoon Tea at the Grove was amazing!! We were treated like royalty, nothing was too much trouble and the delicious sandwiches, cakes, hot scones and pots of tea just kept coming. Everyone was really courteous, and although not cheap, it was the best afternoon tea either of us have ever experienced. I would recommend everyone to give it a try, an afternoon well spent.

Excellent service. Delicious food, that just kept coming. Lots of special touches for my daughter and her friends who were there for a small birthday tea party. I can't thank Daven and his team enough. The venue is stunning. Thank you!

Booked afternoon tea for a special birthday celebration, reservations were very accommodating despite having to make several changes to the original booking.
Very attentive service and special cakes for the birthday guests
All in all a very enjoyable experience

Booked here for a birthday getaway for my boyfriend as it was close to the Warner Bros studio tour.

First impressions... Wow! The hotel is beautiful and extremely high class with valet parking and very friendly doormen. All the staff we encountered were very welcoming and would greet you as you walked by.

On arrival we were informed our room was not ready however Elliot on reception arranged complimentary drinks for us while we waited. Our bags were taken and placed in the room as well which was also a nice touch, we got the impression nothing was too much trouble.

On entering our room (179) although nicely decorated and a decent size, the view over looked the car park and as this was a special occasion we wanted the best. So I contacted reception and Leva couldn't do enough for us and we opted to upgrade to room 210 which was well worth the extra £50.00! The room was huge with a lovely view of the courtyard gardens.

We went for an evening walk around the grounds and then opted to go for a bike ride the following day to explore more of the estate (well worth it if you have the time and weather!).

The only slight negative is that everything was so expensive but it's to be expected in a hotel like this and you definitely get what you pay for. We will definitely return to and recommend this hotel, it's a gem of a place with amazing staff!

This hotel is lovely, the staff are very courteous and our room was lovely, clean and large. My daughter had booked us an overnight spa break for mothers day. We upgraded our room as we wanted a balcony. The room however was very far away from the spa, so unlike most dedicated spa hotels where you can relax and walk around in your robes, we felt very conspicuous trekking through the corridors like that. The steam room was not working in the ladies changing area so we were directed to the main steam room by the swimming pool, very nice until a lady next to me decided to pick her toenails off!! The swimming pool is black, so we didn't go in as it was too much like swimming in the deep ocean. My treatments were OK but the girls very nice & friendly. My big problems with the spa area was that there was no where to relax...you can sit on the hard metal beds around the pool, but I don't want to sit in a chlorine environment, there is also a relaxation room which is dark where you go to to be collected for your treatments and taken back after, this was lovely, but you couldn't just chill and talk in there as people were winding down after massages etc. The tables in the reception were more like a cafe and not suitable for lounging around, we therefore spent much of our time in our room. We ate in the Glass House buffet, and whilst this is nice the standard has in my opinion dropped from when I have been there on previous occasions. I would recommend this hotel if you want perfect service lovely rooms and gardens and just want to unwind.
