Very quite... what makes it worse is that the staff don’t care. Ones talking to customers which is good. I believe you should have good rapport with them. What I also believe is, when a new customer comes to the bar don’t ignore them serve them!!!! Doesn’t help when there’s another numpty behind the bar just txting! Classic don’t give a .... attitude. But it’s even worse when the duty manager is just sitting on a stall around the corner not giving a ...... overall bad
