Thankfully an Indian restaurant that understands that the food shouldn't be swimming in a bowl of creamy gunk. The service was excellent and both starters were scrummy. The mains were excellent and I didn't have a plate swimming in greasy sauce. The surroundings are airy and modern. The best Indian in Hemel by far.
