Just a one night stay, however would have been happy to stay longer. Staff were lovely, breakfast more than addequate. Will try other Premier Inns in the future.

We had stayed at this Premier Inn before and knew what to expect - we were not disappointed! Great central location though very quiet as high up above main shopping centre. All amenities/shops within 5 minutes walking distance though 10-15 minute walk if you are coming by train. Massive free car park with no issues regarding finding a space provided you come later in the afternoon. Friendly helpful staff and modern rooms makes this hotel well worth checking out if you are visiting the area. And for £29/night you can't go wrong! Would have stayed longer if rooms were available.

Room Tip: The inner rooms are probably a bit quieter than the outer rooms

We were very surprised by the standard of the rooms and the breakfast was second to none. It would definitely give more expensive hotels a run for their money.

I stayed here for a week with my colleges in February for work and I was pleased with the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for leisure however as it is situated above a shopping center and space is small so there are not many amenities.

The rooms are very spacious with large comfortable beds and pillows with fresh sheets. The TV has a large selection of channels, there is a large desk and large storage for clothes. There is also a very comfortable couch in the room which folds out to an extra bed. The bathrooms are fine and the shower has good pressure.
The only problems I had with the room were the lights in my room were flickering throughout my stay and when I complained I was told that they didn't see a problem so I was stuck with them for the week, and also the doors leave a large gap at the bottom so a lot of noise can be heard from the corridor or even the room across the way.

The restaurant downstairs served very good food, however the staff were extremely rude. Two nights the staff got my order wrong and when I told them they argued with me that it was what I asked for. It took quite a bit of arguing to get what i asked for only to then receive the wrong desert after and start the cycle again.
The breakfast is quite nice, I only paid for continental but there was plenty of choice - cereal, fruit, toast, pastries etc.

Parking is available free of charge in the nearby shopping center, however it closes at midnight. Overall a lovely business hotel, extremely comfortable but the staff need to improve.
