We stayed at this hotel at the end of July when my brother was competing at Ascot racecourse. We had two family rooms and they were great for the 5 of us.
The food was excellent, and we had brilliant service. On the Sunday morning, it was a lot busier however the staff kept reassuring us it wouldn't be long before we got a table and we could have coffee, tea etc while we waited.
We arrived quite late at night to the hotel, the carpark was easy to find (as we had been given directions in an email- great idea thankyou!) and the staff were very helpful and smiley, even at 11.30 pm.
The air con was slightly noisy, but we turned it down and it wasn't a problem. Liked the idea of you not being able to open the window too much, as it could have been too breezy and we don't want people hanging out of windows!
Thankyou again Premier Inn, we will be staying here again in the future!More
