25 Marinus is a lovely apartment, the views over the harbour are every bit as excellent as the photographs portray. A beautifully furnished and very comfortable place to stay, with everything you need provided. A very friendly and professional transaction from start to finish, we will defiantly be back!

Loved every minute at this apartment. Views have to be seen to be believed. Everything you could want in the apartment and extremely well kept. Five minutes from the High Street, so just park your car in the gated car park and enjoy a thoroughly relaxing car free time. Will definitely be back.

The location couldn't be better - breathtaking view, and only minutes away from the shops and restaurants in the town centre. Very comfortable and well equipped, with stylish furnishings. No hesitation in recommending this apartment.

From the moment we stepped through the door wow,beautiful apartment met by the manager who showed us around everything you could want or need & a welcome pack ,short walk to cowes ,shops pubs & resturants but we found it hard to leave the fantastic view out the panoramic window will return next year

The photos do not do justice to this beautiful waterside apartment. By not using superlative publicity gimmickry, the surprise on entering this second floor apartment was wonderful. (First impressions were already promising on entering what is a private, secure block with a designated car parking space and a lift to the apartment.) Wood floored throughout, it is spacious and tastefully furnished with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite). And then you walk into the huge, beautiful, open plan living area equipped with everything you will ever need and the agent uses a remote control to open the electronic blinds, something amazing in itself. The view of the marina and the Solent, alive with all manner of boats and ships, (watch out for the cruise ships coming in and out of Southampton) is hypnotic. To cap it all, we were able to walk easily (including my 84-year-old mother) into Cowes which is full of character and great eateries.

Beautiful luxury flat with panoramic views of Cowes harbour and the Medina estuary. Sublimely comfortable beds and bedding, powerful shower and apartment furnished, equipped and cleaned to the highest standards.
