“Great place. Definitely worth a visit!”
Reviewed 19 August 2014 via mobile

After reading reviews on tripadvisor, we drove past the main bit of Freshwater and found this little place with a bit of parking opposite. It's light and lovely with plenty of seating inside and out. They were happy to make our two boys cheese on toast and a ham sandwich even though these weren't actually on the menu. My husband had a fantastic spicy tomato soup and I had the garden mezze, with homemade mackerel pate and hummus. We then followed this with excellent coffee and a homemade florentine. This really is a lovely cafe and well worth the trip if you're in the area.

“Cool Laid Back Eatery”
Reviewed 18 August 2014

So laid back it's practically horizontal, staff are helpful and food is fine. We had beers and wine just after lunch but they still were happy to serve the lunch meme, cheers folks!

“Super little, friendly bistro cafe...”
Reviewed 18 August 2014

Okay, so this is the first review for her and you may be wondering why, simples... It's not been open too long according to a pub owning friend of ours.
Alli and stopped off at a local hotel and fancied a light lunch and, luckily enough, 5 mins up the road we found this gem of an eatery....
It was near 3 when we arrived, way after lunch, but the cool crowd behind the bar gave not a jot, they were just happy to help.
Mrs Mc had a cheesy panini - me, I hate cheese, so the made me a non cheeses version - and it was bang on...
2 Peroni, drinks, lunch is a laid back Piano Bar was less than 20 notes - good for, good chilled beers and a reasonable wine list, what's not to like

If you happen to find yourself in the IoW take the time to visit the super a Ffreshwater Bay and a super little new place called Piano Cafe - we loved it, chilled out staff and location.. We'll be back.

“excellent coffee and cake”
Reviewed 17 August 2014

stopped by for mid morning break. Parking was a bit of a pain, but the coffee was excellent and I had a lemon drizzle cake which was delicious. Well worth a visit. There is free Wi-Fi available.
