This used to be so good, fine dining at it's best but not anymore. There is a new chef who has no idea what goes with what. The main courses are dreadful. Fruit de Mer which is in fact boring old fish pie with very little fish in it. For some reason he thinks that a relish with chicken should be so full of vinegar that it makes your eyes water and your throat close up. Gypsy sauce on pork which is a sort of sweet and sour but tastes like he emptied the vinegar bottle in it. The food is just piled on the plate with no thought to presentation looks like canteen food.
