My Wife and I thought the Theme of Anchors Away was a waste of time in as much as the entertainment wasn't up to as the usual standard, as we have been to a number of the Warner Holiday Resorts and really enjoyed the entertainment. It felt like we were back to the old holiday type of entertainment eg Holiday Participation,we go to be entertain and not to do it for them.
Normally after your evening meal you would get a coffee or tea, this was not the case. it was an extra payment if required.

We went to a Motown/Soul Weekend in April with a group of 40 friends and had a great time. We had been to Norton Grange on two other occasions over the years.

In particular the food was excellent and up to their usual standard as we have been to various other Warners over the years and Norton Grange is a good as any other..

The only problem with a site like Norton Grange as the chalets are outside is, if it rains, which it did on a number of occasions when we were there, we got a little wet! We did have some sun, and when the sun shone it was fabulous, especially when we were able to sit out the back on the decking having a drink overlooking the Solent.

We had a premium chalet which I believe had been recently upgraded, which although was extremely nice, wasn't quite up to the standard of some of the Warner's Hotels. Nevertheless it was very clean and everything worked and it looked good.

The chalet staff went out of their way to help make us as comfortable as possible with getting extra pillows and duvets etc. Infact the staff in general were all very nice and very helpful.

The entertainment was ok. I had seen Clem Curtis before so knew what to expect. The DJ... well.... I somehow was expecting someone.... well... young. It turned out to be and oldish guy, so the term DJ just didn't seem to fit. He just looked really odd, particularly as they had just plonked him to the side of the stage sitting on a small chair with his turntable in front of him!! Maybe it's just me. Atleast he knew the era of records, so maybe someone younger wouldn't have had the Motown/Soul experise.

There were plenty of the usual Warner's activities to join in with if you wanted.

All in all, we had a good time and will no doubt be returning another year with my usual group of friends.

My husband and I stayed at this pretty little village last week and where delighted with every aspect of the holiday.
From the day we arrived the staff where very helpful, kind and would go beyond your expectations.
Ricky and his staff of entertainers are wonderful, and the shows they put on for the holiday makers is west end worthy! The best out of all the Warner sites by far.
The chalets are nice, clean and comfy - perfectly adequate.
Kevin in the sales office was ever so understanding and has a real enthusiasm about him.
My waiter Daniel also went the extra mile, and it was so nice that he knew our names by the end of the holiday.
We will see you all again in July.

I have just returned from Norton Grange with 5 friends. We have been going to Warners for years.last year was our first visit to Norton Grange we realy enjoyed the place location right on sea front and just the relaxed atmosphere of Norton Grange so we booked for this year.So pleased we did.Location great.Food good, accommodation clean and comfortable.Stall all very helpful. The entertainment team amazing.Jack the entertainments manager is a young guy full of life,He enjoys his work and it shows. He works hard to keep you happy and get you involved he certainly has a skill.Arnie and all the rest of team work hard and they all seem to bounce off each other. Our last night there the entertainment was first class. This team had worked all day on a country and western theme on the patio then put on a fab show. The previous two nights we had left the cabaret as they realy were not worth listening to.so pleased we did in the other lounge was a guy called Colin Gibb he was excellent great voice a bit of trivia thrown in and there was more people in there than listening to the Michael Bubleau tribute.Get this man in the main entertainment circle.Mistake if you dont.So a great big thanks to all at Norton Grange for a wounderful weekend. We have all booked to return next year.

For years myself and 6 girlfriends have been going to warners. Last year we tried norton grange and loved it, so decided to go again. We're so glad we did. The location of this hotel is superb. Accommodation is clean and very pleasant. Food is good. And then there's the entertainments team. Jack, entertainments manager is so young, so confident, and so tireless. He strives to keep you happy continuously. He can also sing and dance. The rest of the team support him brilliantly. In fact, the in house entertainment on our last night was far far better than the previous 2 nights when cabaret acts were brought in. Arnie was also part of the team. He was full of character and an all round great guy.
On the Saturday night, our late night entertainment was a singer by the name of Colin Gibb. He was superb, a wonderful singer covering all genres. His little bits of trivia thrown in we're interesting too.
Thank you norton grange. We had a wonderful weekend, and have already booked to return next year.

Room Tip: All rooms are good, but the premiers are worth a little extra.

We have just returned from Norton Grange after a lovely five days over on the Isle of Wight. We had a standard plus chalet which was a good size, very clean and a lovely bathroom. The food was extremely good with something for everyone - a really good menu. All the staff there are so friendly and will do anything to help you whatever the problem - but we had no problems.

The entertainment was extremely good and all the team work so hard not just at night for the shows but during the day as well. They are all so happy and this includes all staff in the dining room, the kitchens, the cleaning staff. Everything we found to be kept very clean all over the site.

We have been in four/five star hotels and not had such a great time. Many thanks to all the staff on Norton Grange.

Thank you for your 'Ab Fab' review!

I am thrilled that you had such a great time with us. We work very hard to ensure that our guests expectations are exceeded, and many of our loyal guests return time and time again as a result.

We are very lucky with a stunning location, a fabulously talented team and sun that shines all year round (well, two out of three ain't bad!). We are currently enjoying some wonderful weather and Norton Grange really is at its best, so come back soon!

We look forward to giving you a warm welcome on your return,

Kind Regards,

Scott King

From arrival to departure staff were courteous, helpful and available. The location was great. A realistic 10 minute walk to Yarmouth. A 15 to 20 minute stroll to Fort Victoria and the nature trail. We booked specifically for the entertainment which was first class. The show provided by the entertainment team was the best we have ever seen at the many Warners stays. The sepeciality acts were also extremely good.
As for the resort although looking a little tired our room was spotlessly clean, well supplied and the accommodation was adequate. The domestic staff went that extra mile to help and were friendly without being intrusive.
What let the resort down for us was the evening meal. The dining room was very full and the tables overly close. For vegetarians the choice was extremely poor. Breakfast by contrast was excellent with varied choice and the service rapid.
