My wife and I stayed for one night. Our room was spotless and we were made to feel so welcome. A real home from home. The breakfast was freshly cooked and Geoff and Dot couldn't do enough. Highly recommended!

What a lovely, comfortable experience. Made to feel very welcome, home from home. We stayed for two nights but felt so at home wanted to stay for more. Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms spotless and best of all was the lovely welcome from Dot and Geoff. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Room Tip: All rooms were exceptional.

Stayed for one night. Dot and Geoff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely- lovely decor and furniture. The bed was comfy and the pillows were too! Everything was top quality including the toiletries. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and the choice of food was good ( included, fresh strawberries, kiwi and blue berries). Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area and we highly recommend this gem of a B & B.

Stay for two weeks during March 2014. Lovely couple Geoff and Dot and they have a lovely cuddly dog - who's always looking for a hug! Rooms are very high spec, always done to a high professional standard on a daily basis. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Full English sausages and egg etc breakfast, although fruit is also made available as well for vegetarians. Wifi and plenty of parking. Excellent location - 10 minutes drive from all the main spots, including central Canterbury. Highly recommended for business or casual stay.

Room Tip: Both rooms on the ground floor were lovely.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable, Amadis Bed and Breakfast is a joy to visit. Encouraged to make yourself at home, guests may come and go at will. After a good night's sleep in the comfortable beds, breakfast is everything you want whether to revive you from a good night out or to set you up for a day in Canterbury. And being only ten minutes outside of Canterbury, it is ideally situated for a trip to the theatre or a weekend of shopping.

A real find!

We stayed here for just one night whilst visiting our son and daughter at Kent university. We booked this last minute and I had never stayed in a B and B before and didn't quite know what to expect. I need not have worried because this place was great. We had a twin room which was spotless and the beds were really comfy. The bathroom was in the hall but very private and again spotless. It was great to have coffee/tea making facilities, and a vast choice of normal, fruit and herbal tea was appreciated. What impressed us the most was the attention to detail and the quality of the b and b. For example the bed linen, table napkins, towels, etc felt luxurious. Breakfast was delicious, especially the range of fresh fruit and yoghurt. We were given a very warm welcome and Geoff and Dot were attentive to our needs without being intrusive. They had got the balance perfect. I would not hesitate to visit this place again. Thank you.
