“Church under repair”
Reviewed 25 August 2013

At present the tower is wrapped in scaffolding and sheeting, but a visit inside is worth it. The church is light and airy and there is a good little brochure and descriptive panels telling you about the points of interest. I received a good cup of tea and a very warm welcome in the adjacent church hall.

“The Cathedral of The Weald”
Reviewed 31 July 2013

St Dunstans Church is known as the Cathedral of The Weald. It is a beautiful old building, full of atmosphere. We have even been to a stunning production of Jesus Christ Superstar here!

“Attractive church in interesting old town”
Reviewed 26 June 2013

Just off the Main Street of Cranbrook, we went up a little flower led walkway to this interesting old church. It is very well kept and there are good explanatory panels. Sense of it being a friendly and welcoming church. Liked remembrance corner with funeral service sheets, very interesting biographies and a good resource for the future historian, if they are regularly filed away.

Impressive and interesting building. There is a useful guide in the church which gives an insight to the building and Cranbrook itself
