Where to start! Jasins was busy and when ordered we were told there's be a half an hour wait. We then had to ask for the table to be wiped down. After an hour of waiting, with no one explaining that it would be longer, we decided to leave. We went to the counter to pay for our drinks and were told the good was ready! Too late! There was no sort of apology. The woman in the kitchen came across as aggressive. Unbelively poor customer service. Imagine if they had apologised, offered the two cans of Pepsi and coffee on the house. They could have turned the situation round. Instead they seemed more concerned about the food we refused being wasted.
