New Beach Holiday Park - Park Holidays UK

We stayed in a chalet on arrival it was clean
BAD POINTS;
swimming pool closes for lunch ,no separate men/women's changing room, shop very expensive and not enough choice impossible to buy enough food for a family, No gift shop at all,
on arrival one duvet missing, kitchen area has no room at all, had a bath run out of hot water family had to wait for water to reheat. latte served in cafe was cold every time.Room with double bed not big enough bed has to be against wall so means one has to climb over the other to get out of bed.
GOOD POINTS:
Good t.v, and dvd player, team were very friendly and entertaining taking time to sit down and have a chat.
All in all it was a good holiday but there is room for a lot of improvement

The staff at new beach are very friendly and brilliant to talk to. They treat you like a long term friend. Especially Hutch, he is one of the best hosts at new beach making you feel part of the family. He makes you laugh extensively and is always happy no matter what! I'd definitely go back to new beach and quite happily recommend it to friends and family.

This place is a dump, we stayed here as a family with two children in August and the pool was filthy hence we didn,t go in, it was cloudy and hair was floating in it. Shop was very expensive the tables in the clubhouse never get cleaned The entertainment was poor. The grounds were tatty with dogs poo never getting picked up. Theres nothing good about this holiday park at all also the site looked like a shanty town, the manager is not doing the job properly. Would never go back there again.

Drove 300 miles for this?!!
Absolutely appalling!! Arrived to be told the pool was closed due to a child having an 'accident' in the pool?TV didn't work, had to drag our cases from car to caravan through mud and puddles, couldn't park near the caravans!
Couldn't even get parked on site when we went out for the day, ended up parking on yellow lines outside the pool, overflow car park was like a scrap yard and flooded!
Broken windows on side of clubhouse, boarded up with dinner trays and huge chunks of peeling paint on walls.Rubbish strewn between caravans from bin bags and sea gulls tearing into them!
Kids running all over the place at all hours.Didn't attempt the swimming pool or the clubhouse, we'd seen enough! The worst holliday we'd ever had!
Will never go near a Hoseasons/Park resort if they paid us, so much for hollidaying at 'home!'
Arrived on Sat Aug bank holliday and left Monday morning!!

Room Tip: find another site in the North of England preferably

Went back to reception to demand my money back, they offered us a caravan instead. This was clean however the fridge didnt work, handles were falling off the doors and the shower ver tempremental! Didnt go swimming as was closed due to someone being sick in it!!! Youths in the evening making so much noise, girls screaming! kept waking my children up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON A HOLIDAY HERE!!!!!!!

Hi weve just got back from a week here 27th aug -3rd sept, having read the reviews we were fearing the worst, it wasnt great but it was bearable, the bathroom had rotten wood around the bottom especially in the loo area, mould patches in about every room, We couldnt use the frying pan and saucepans as they were rusty, i went out and bought some.no room in the kitchen to store food as one cupboard had pans in and the other had the dishes in so table was took up with our bread tea coffee ect. so couldnt eat at the table anyway. if your planning to be out most of the day and just using it to sleep in its ok but wouldnt want to spend much time in there, we didnt use the pool or bar areas didnt fancy it!!
