We had a lovely stay at dodges after a friends wedding. Jo and Paul were both extremely kind and hospitable, our room was lovely and breakfast was great too! Great value for money and would definitely recommend!

I have stayed at Dodges Oast on several occasions, and have recommended it to all of my friends and family. Not only was the service friendly and welcoming, but the room was well decorated and comfortable and the view was outstanding! I could not imagine staying anywhere else when I visit Kent in the future.

We stayed in the East room which was very spacious with an extremely comfortable double bed. We arrived in the dark and the next morning we had a wonderful surprise. We looked out of the windows and the view was breath taking, It was a lovely clear day and we could see for miles. We headed down to the dining room Jo had cooked a full English breakfast, free range eggs with bright yellow yokes and tasty sausages from the local butcher. Our visit was very enjoyable and we will definitely be returning.

Our one night stay at Dodges Oast was very comfortable. The double room we had was extremely pleasant, with a modern en-suite bathroom attached and tea and coffee making facilities. Beautiful views from the upstairs windows added to the charm. A full English breakfast was enjoyed after a very peaceful night's sleep. Jo, Paul and the family were very welcoming and we are determined to return in the spring for a longer stay when we can explore the beautiful Kent countryside at leisure.

Dodges Oast is now our accommodation of first choice in Kent and East Sussex. We will be returning for the peace, convenience and welcome. Being five minutes outside Goudhurst was no trouble and it's easy to find.

Recommended by a neighbouring B & B as they could not accomodate us at the time. However we found everything to be first class. The bedroom had extensive views over the Kent countryside and was well appointed. Breakfasts were excellent. Jo, Paul and Sophie were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. We would not hesitate to recommend this B & B to anyone looking for accomodation in the Goudhurst area.

We found Dodges Oast on the recommendation of one of their neighbours who also rented rooms but was booked up and we were immediately made to feel at home. Our double room in the oasthouse was clean and beautifully furnished, with a modern well-equipped bath, and we had a restful night and a delicious breakfast the next morning.

The site is strategically located in the midst of the Kent countryside, near Sissinghurst (from which we were coming) and Scotney Castle (where we went the next day). A wonderful place to base yourself to explore some of the most beautiful countryside in England.

The only thing I missed was wi-fi for guests (but I believe it is available for a longer stay in the cottage on the property). For one night it was not really critical, though.

We will certainly head this way again on our next trip to Britain (we live in Germany) and will recommend it to our friends as well.
