Nice welcome when we arrived for our one night stay. What you would expect from a Premier Inn room, basic but comfortable & clean. Comfortable nights sleep in a lovely bed. The only down point was that we booked breakfast which we told was available between 7am and 11am. When we arrived at the TableTable restaurant at 10.20am, we was greeted after some time by a very harassed looking manager who kept looking at his watch. The cold buffet was nearly empty, we had to look for staff because there were no cups, plates, or bowls available. We were told that a waitress would be over to take our cooked breakfast order and that they had run out of eggs!! we sat at our table for 30 minutes and were then told the buffet was being put away because breakfast was over, when we pointed out that we had not had our cooked breakfast which we paid for in advance with our booking, we were told rather grudgingly that we could order it then. By this time all we wanted to do was leave, £8.25 for just coffee & toast!!!!
Such a shame because the restaurant is letting the hotel and it's staff down because the hotel is lovely and we would return but NOT book breakfast.

Food good and rooms clean and tidy. Very good value for money. Could have been a better range on meal deals. Easy to find and staff very helpful.
Would stay there again. We went as a group and all had a good experence.

Again, we had selected Premier Inn for our short stay in Herne Bay and we did not regret it.
A few days before our stay we received an E-mail from the hotel to enquire if we had any special requests. As we are traveling with 5 and needed to book 2 rooms, we requested connecting rooms. No problem at all, we got the connecting rooms. I'm a business traveler and have already stayed in hotels of all budgets and brands, but it was the first time I was asked for any special requests....and this made it really special. Needless to say that our stay was a breeze....
Only downside was the waitress serving us over dinner.....total lack of enthusiasm, using standard sentences to inform us about dinner.....in short she lacked flair. The waitress serving us for breakfast was just great. As mentioned before, we have already stayed quite some times at Premier Inn and have the impression that the quality of the Table Table restaurants is somewhat less than the other Premier Inn restaurants.

Nevertheless, we had another great Premier Inn stay......looking forward to the next one in April.

Welcomed with a friendly smile. A really lovely place. Plenty of free car parking, handy for all the main 'A' roads. Mentioned I would like a chair, the chair was in my room by the time I had finished my meal. Help offered with the bags, even though there was a lift, very thoughtful.Informed immediately about the redecoration, in fact I was contacted before I arrived, in case I needed to change prem inn. Room Key was via a key card, great security, especially as a loan traveller. A really lovely stay, not so keen on the attached restaurant food though. Thank you all, u made my stay a very pleasant one indeed.
