Fantastic place to stay! Very close to the beach about 2 minute walk! Arrived and was welcomed by andy very polite man indeed and very welcoming.
Me and my girlfriend stayed in room 4 (double room) had a very nice double bed with fresh towels along with a flat screen tv with free view ,kettle with tea and coffee and milk,a mini fridge (that worked perfect keeps your drinks freezing cold!) room 4 was at the back of the building, we had a very nice balcony with table and chairs (good for if u smoke) also the room next to us had a balcony. Very very clean b&b!
Very nice bathroom (we had to use the shared bathroom as our room was the only one with out on suite but I was notified prior to booking and I wasn't fussed about that (room 4 is the only room with out on suite but all the other rooms have on suite. The shared bathroom is next door to room 4) very nice bath with really big mirrors and a nice stand up electric shower.
We paid 40pounds for one night and was very happy to pay that as all the other b&b's in the area charge 60-80pounds per night. We also had the option to pay an extra 10pounds for a freshly cooked full English breakfast for me and my girlfriend (which was very nice) with tea coffee and fresh orange juice.
Defo returning in the future!
