“Very unusual”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 June 2014

A steep climb from the high street but you can park free for one hour in a road parallel to the high street, a level below the church. Very interesting and only £1 entrance. A lovely church to visit as well.

“Unusual!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 May 2014

This little crypt is worth a visit if you are in the area, up a steep climb from the high street but really interesting to see a crypt full of bones and skulls, lots of them and all stacked neatly in row upon row and most had been there since the 13th and 14th centuries. There was a lady there who told us lots of tales about the different marks, blemishes and holes in the skulls!
