“Little Crossways” is a spacious family house with large enclosed gardens situated opposite the famous Littlestone Golf Course Club House and within approx 500 metres of the sandy beaches of the Romney Bay and being approximately 1 mile distant of New Romney with its shops, public houses and supermarket. 'Little Crossways' has a spacious lounge with colour TV, Freeview, DVD player and comfortable seating. Also a living flame gas fire. There are French doors leading to the garden. The kitchen offers electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and breakfast table and chairs. The lovely conservatory has a large dining table and chairs, settee and French doors to the garden. One twin bedroom with two single beds & a sink. A children's bunk room with bunk beds & a sink. All beds have duvets. Bed linen included Towels can be provided for an additional cost of £20. The property sleeps a maximum of 8 persons. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and WC. Outside the delightful gardens are mostly lawn with borders around and fruit trees. Keep an eye open and see if you can spot the woodpecker that regularly visits. There is off road parking for one car. There is on road parking outside the house. There is a £60 booking fee. Pets welcome - £35 per dog per week. Visitors are welcome seven days a week at Littlestone Warren and to ensure you get a convenient tee time, we offer bookings up to seven days in advance. You can play in singles, two, three or four balls and the course is suitable for all levels of play. No handicap certificate is required. There are changing rooms for Gentlemen and Ladies in the Clubhouse and there is an excellent all day bar and restaurant too. Practice facilities are extensive with an eight bay driving range, chipping and putting greens as well as a greenside bunker. Why not bring the family? We have two tennis courts on site available for hire. All bookings for Littlestone Warren are taken at a friendly, well stocked Pro's shop which is situated in the Clubhouse and buggies, trolleys and equipment can be hired from the shop.

Generally great main bedroom and en suite real let down
Really enjoyed the house and all it had to offer, room, conservatory, garden, access to beach ...... but that main bedroom and en-suite were horrible. The en-suite even had a carpet. Really felt dirty and the bathroom suite was so old the baths surface was coming off. Those two rooms really need serious upgrading.

Perfect for family holiday
Lots of space with a huge conservatory. Very big wrap around garden. Close to beach and local amenities. On the downside it needed refurbishing in places and a few cooling fans wouldn’t have gone amiss. Having said that we would return. We had a great holiday with our grandchildren.

Little Crossways
This was our second stay here and once again we had a great time. The house has everything you need,the garden is lovely and spacious and our 2 dogs love the freedom to run and play. The beach is 2 mins walk away and there is a 1st class restaurant called X1X across the road by the Golf Club. We had glorious weather and wanted to stay longer.

quirky, but very spaciuos and friendly home
Brilliant for dog as massive garden, lovely kitchen, conservatory and comfortable beds,Lovely location and friendly and safe feel to it. Great for the golfers and walkers, Only comment would be the incredible colour scheme in the ensuite bathroom.

Spacious and comfortabel cottage
We stayed one week in Little Crossways, me, my husband and our 4 year old daughter. No complaints of any kind. The cottage was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and well equiped (washing machine and dryer could manage up to 6 kg of laundry, washed almost everything before going home again). Neighbourhood is quiet and green, just 500 metres brings you to the beach and it proved to be a great spot to explore Kent / East Sussex from. And it was only half an hour drive from the Channel Tunnel.

Littlestone is a lovely peaceful area. The 2 golf courses are opposite the house, beach is only a couple of hundreds metres walk. You can either totally relax or have a full and fun holiday, theres a lot to do.
