Although the hotel was near the M2 it was very quiet and you can get a good night's sleep.
There is a Greggs shop in the services which serves good cheap food. The bacon roll for £2 is good value.
All staff were friendly.
- Free Wifi
- Free Parking
Refurbished recently and rooms are now very good, though bathrooms look a little tired.
Ideal for an overnight, but please remember that this is on a motorway service station so what what you've got is what you've got.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, and are an asset to travelodge.
Parking immediately outside hotel may be full.
i think that the room is big and pleasant.
there is few noise from the motorway.
it is near to london.
it is cheap and in holidays it is great !
we have 3 rooms and all are clean. the bathromm is clean.
For the Medway area visit that is cost affective and conveniently placed.
Dover 50 miles - Rochester close by (Charles Dickens) very close to many shopping centres. Ice rink 5 mins away.
On route to channel crossing.
This is the first Travelodge that I have stayed in where it is very much in need of an update, even though the website said it was with the new look, whatever that means. The staff were really good, welcoming and very efficient and pleasant. The stay was lovely and quiet, despite its location, so no issues there. The rooms badly need decorating and updating and investment in some new bedding, which was yellowish! If location is an issue and you have to stay there, then just do not expect to much.
The is a convenient stop on the M2 motorway. The staff were friendly and helpful. It has reasonable size rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, however the hotel as a whole presents as being ready for a full refurbishment.
