Ideally situated in a quiet area yet near lots of facilities. Good clean rooms with friendly caring staff.Parking no problem. Good pub next door with very friendly staff which serves decent meals and some real ales.

We stayed recently as part of Lord Peter's party, and found the hotel to be excellent, even to his exacting standards. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, in particular the receptionist on our arrival, who elevated my son to the nobility. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to other peer's of the realm.

This hotel was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel as quiet ,warm, and welcoming, The receptionists were really helpful when our car broke down . Although the hotel was on a main road there was no noise inside the hotel.

I booked two rooms on a good deal that Premier Inn was running. Due to disruption on Eurotunnel we didn't get to Tonbridge until just after midnight. The night porter was friendly enough but didn't have a clue beyond letting us in and giving us the room keys. When I found that the twin room was a double [despite the paperwork confirming my request] Mr Porter found the laundry room and struggled to identify the appropriate items of bedding. I made up the sofa bed and settled the children before going to our room. Mr Porter had excused himself to deal with noise complaints upstairs.
The accommodation was fine enough for what had become a short night stop. The beds were comfy, the location was ideal for us and we had the good night's sleep as promised.
However, the plumbing really let the place down. In both rooms, one upstairs the other on the ground floor, the water pressure on the hot water side was very poor and the washbasin just filled up and would not drain for ages. The shower was very poor and I couldn't rinse my hair effectively and ended up with 'dandruff' for the first time in years. [That was resolved that night elsewhere!]
As it was a cheap deal the stay was 'average' but if I'd paid full price I wouldn't have been happy with this night stop.

Room Tip: The rear wing rooms are furthest away from the road so will be quiet even with the window open.

Very good, overnight stay for my family.
Although our 1st floor bedroom faced a main road, we found the traffic noise level was very low and didn't cause us any issues.
Otherwise usual very good Premier Inn service and standards.

Handy for easy access to Tonbridge/Sevenoaks. Good parking and restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful.
No aircon in room and shower was a little temperamental but overall hotel much better value than others in the area.

I have stayed at premier inns on many occasions and up until this visit I have always had a good nights sleep. However sadly this was not the case at this Inn. My advice is that if you need to book a twin room and the second bed is for an adult - don't.
The staff definitely tried to be helpful and I have no complaints with them.
