We had a superb two night stay in the Lemon Room. It was very clean, extremely comfortable and very well decorated. Our cooked breakfasts were really tasty, and Sue was a great host and very welcoming. It's in a great location as it is only a 10 minute walk into town and comes with parking too.

Couldn't fault Cliftonville House. It's in a great location, just 10 mins walk from the High Street and has private, covered parking.

We stayed in the White Room - spacious, clean and very soothing. Sue is a great host - nothing too much trouble and she gave us some good tips about the town and local area. A hearty breakfast too.

Would certainly return.

Cannot fault the owner Sue on her service & attentiveness. We stayed in the White Room which was spacious, spotless & comfy, bed fab! 10 minute walk to the High St made it a perfect base for our amazing stay in Whitstable.

We recently stayed in the Lemon Room for 3 nights. It was lovely, clean, bright and fresh with clean towels daily. The cooked breakfast was delicious. It was in a prime position with private car parking area and just a 10 minute walk into Whitstable which was just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the harbour and town centre. During our stay simply nothing was too much trouble for Sue, she was warm, inviting and very friendly (she even lent me her pearl bracelet to match my earrings and necklace for a wedding we attended on the Saturday at Whitstable Castle!) She is a perfect hostess with plenty of local knowledge and information. We couldn't thank Sue enough for her kindness. If ever we return to Whitstable, we know where would stay without hesitation!

We stayed in the White Room for three nights & were really impressed, the room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with a very large comfy bed and fresh towels each day. As well as a large flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and tea/coffee making facilities, there's also a fridge just outside the door.

The house is well positioned, about a ten minute walk from the centre of town, harbour and railway station, so in a great location for exploring Whitstable. There was also the added advantage of a parking place as parking is at a premium in Whitstable.

Even though Sue was going through a personal family crisis, she remained professional and welcoming at all times. The breakfast was delicious with good quality produce and at any time we wanted and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This B&B represents outstanding value for money and I have no doubt we will return in the future.

Our stay in Whitstable was made much nicer by the helpfulness of our host, she accommodated our car and bikes, recommended restaurants, gaves us information about the history and attractions of the area and provided individually chosen breakfasts.
The Lemon Room was crisp, sunny and bright with a very comfortable bed, settee and tv.
We highly recommend this B&B.
