Watched long way down on a Friday evening

£16 for a sofa which was brilliant and comfy. Cinema itself is run by really nice professional people. Cinema is a mixture of old and new and I liked the fact you were shown to your seat/sofa by a member of staff

Unlike big chains the food and drinks are very reasonably priced. Popcorn was very nice.

Nice seating area before you go in.

The screen was really good and the whole cinema is spacious.

The family who run this are excellent, I would definatley go back.

You can select from 3 styles of seating available purchase a drink and cake and relax.
As a family run Cinema it has more to offer than just being any old place to watch a film they also show a wide variety of movie during the week but booking your seating in advance is required

This is a real gem.
The cinema was in danger of closing forever in 2012 when the previous owner died, it has made a real comeback from the brink and is better than ever. From the 30s decor to the availability of sofas for couples, the Regal is everything you want in a small, independent cinema.
It is beautiful, serves alcohol and posh snacks, has the comfiest, biggest 'standard' seats you'll ever get, not to mention the sofas and 'deluxe' seating and makes a monumental effort to bring the best of the big screen to a small town.
We are never disappointed at the selection of films and it is also showing ballet and theatre which is so important in a rural, middle-of-nowhere town.
I just love it and can't recommend it enough. You can even hire the whole place out for exclusive parties or an 'open invitation' to a film of your choice meaning the town can watch classics like Indiana Jones and The Godfather on the big screen!
You wouldn't believe it is also cheaper than the nearest multiplexes in Leicester and Nottingham - just amazing. Oh, and the toilets are fantastic!

This cinema is a real asset to melton. The service is so friendly and efficient from the moment you walk in, the comfortable seating- even the standard seating has plenty of legroom. The choice of food and drink is also very good. I would not entertain the idea of going to one of the multiplexes in leicester or nottingham now. I'd much rather wait for a film to come out in melton. Well done to all of the staff, the cinema is a credit to their hard work.
