This is the best guesthouse we have stayed in, Graham & Cheryl are perfect hosts, friendly without been too in your face. The location of the B&B is just right, a very short walk to the beach and some excellent restaurants.

The room was spotless and breakfast was very good.

My partner and I are regular visitors to Grimsby as we have friends there. We chose to stay in a guest house so as not to continually impose on our friends.
I found Graham and Cheryl to be wonderful hosts. They are most definetly in the right profession. Graham has a very good sense of humour and had me chuckling over breakfast, which is a great start to any day.
As we where departing earlier than breakfast would be served (5.30am) Graham and Cheryl went out of their way to leave out a cold storage bag with milk etc so as we could make our own. Will definetly stay again. Mike & Alma

my friend booked this hotel as it was the only one vacant for the over night stay that we wanted. we didn't know what to expect, but it was great, Graham (the owner) greeted us straight away with a friendly smile and help with a our bags, showed us our rooms which were spotless and newly decorated, beds very comfortable, shower and toilet at the end of the landing with toiletries included, spotless again. Woke up to a lovely breakfast of cereal, fresh fruit and a wonderful cooked breakfast. A great night out to see The Rolling Stoned at the Yard Bird club, and a great stay over at the Jedburg Guest House. Thank you

Soon as you walked in it had a lovely welcoming feel to it, our room was clean and large, just minutes to the beach and lots of bars 5mins walk but without the noise. The owners where great if I had to have a negative it would only be the floor boards they creek, but it is a old building, we just fussy!

Myself and my girlfriend and another couple were here just on a break for a fun weekend.
Both Couples had spaceous double rooms with fridges and we also had the top floor to ourselves and the bathroom was just ours to share.
the facilities were excellent and the Hosts were even better.
With a great full English in the morning and plenty of other options you was set up for the day.
the BnB is only 5 mins walk from the main strip of bubs and clubs and the beach is just at the end of the road.
Real value for money and wouldnt hesitate to go back again.

I booked this cosey guesthouse for my Mother and Stepfather as they were attending a party in Cleethorpes and thought it would be nice to stay rather than drive home late. When they arrived home I asked them about their stay at Jedburgh and they could not have been more please judging by thier smiles.

The rooms are a nice size, immaculately clean as was the en-suite. The couple that run theJedburgh were so friendly and helpful from the moment they arrived abd the breakfast in the morning was fresh a beautifully cooked.

I asked if they would stay again and they are already looking to book a return trip!

Well done and thank you for looking after them so well!!
