This is the second time I've been here in as many months... last time my entire meal tutned up as everyone else finished eating and this time wasn't much better.
While the main of belly pirk was edible, my 'chocolate truffles' were neither chocolate nor truffles!! When you take into account how terrible the service is and you NEVER get what you ask for i can quite honestly say this is the worst restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of eating in. I'm only glad it isn't me paying for it!!!! I only gave it one star because i had to!!

65 Cleethorpes parkrunners were brilliantly hosted by the Coach House! The customer service was out of this world - the attentiveness we were shown and the attention to detail was second to none.

We have now booked 130 parkrunners for next year - and we could not ask for better hosts! Thank you to every single member of staff for your care on the night - you truly pulled out all the stops. If you ever wish to plan the perfect party night, call Nicky - she will go out of her way to help you!

Exceptional food, exceptional service, exceptional people!

We had our work Christmas meal here last week for 10 people. The food and service was absolutely 1st class especially as it was catering for a large table. The food was as good as I've eaten anywhere and everyone on the table agreed. Large portions and extremely tasty and beautifully presented. We'll definitely be going back next Christmas and many more time's before.

Visited for a friends birthday between Christmas and New Year. A part of 11 we were asked to pre-order our meals which we did in plenty of time. When the starters arrived several of our party had ordered baked Camembert. A different cheese starter was put down in front of us with a quick “you must have had the wrong menu” Why were we not contacted to let us know this when the orders were placed? The starter consisted of a bowl of grainy cheese sauce, crudités and bread. Main courses were poorly presented and steaks of poor quality. We had taken a Birthday cake for which no plates were brought out and swiftly not offered upon noticing that we had provided our own serviettes (incase anyone wanted cake to take home.) When the bill arrived the staff refused to split it for us and tried to charge £9 for the poor cheese starter. I have to say that on an evening when the restaurant was not busy this was a very disappointing show and somewhat spoiled the Birthday celebration. Having over the years patronised the Coach House regularly we will not be going back. You need to up your game Coach House, there are much better restaurants in the area.

Was busy at tea time with Xmas parties
Best to book in advance
Sunday menu was traditional roasts and some pub classics
Belly pork and roast turkey dinner were very big portion size with a wide selection of vegetables
And a Yorkshire puddings
Struggled to eat it all
Reasonable priced
